Paolo M. is an experienced professional in quality management and engineering within the oil and gas sector. Currently serving as the Major Projects Technical Quality Manager at QatarEnergy LNG since August 2023, Paolo has previously held the position of Quality Director for the NEOM Green Hydrogen Project at Air Products in 2022-2023. From 2014 to 2022, Paolo contributed to Fluor Corporation in various senior roles including Director of Quality Operations and Project Quality Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Project QAQC Manager at Saipem from 2004 to 2014 and Technical Manager at GEOLOG International from 2000 to 2004, focusing on procurement and fabrication in oil and gas exploration. Paolo's career began as a Data Logging Engineer at Geoservices, a Schlumberger Company, from 1996 to 1999, and includes earlier roles such as Technical Support Engineer at W. R. Grace & Co. from 1993 to 1996 and Project Quality Manager at Rosetti Marino Group of Companies in 1999-2000.
