Roman Korniletskiy is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at AXDRAFT (an Onit company) since October 2021, Roman previously held various roles including Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer. At Activechat from June 2017 to August 2021, Roman excelled as IT Consultant and Chief Technology Officer, successfully developing a high-load distributed system that achieved over 20,000 monthly active users. Responsibilities included solution architecture, team management, code analysis, and performance tuning. Roman holds a Master's degree in Automation Engineer Technology/Technician and a Bachelor's degree in the same field, both from the National Aviation University.
