Paola Morales is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and technical development, currently serving as a Global Product Manager and Technical Team Lead at Axalta since November 2017. Previously, Paola held several positions at United Paint and Chemical Corporation from August 2010 to September 2017, including Technical Manager for Commercial Product Development, Development Scientist, Product Manager, and Chemist, where responsibilities ranged from customer liaison and product development to resource management and application chemistry for automotive interior plastics.
