Lars-Arne Stalheim has had a diverse work experience in the industrial sector. Lars-Arne started their career at Elkem Foundry Products in 2008 as a Technology Director and worked there until 2011. Lars-Arne then moved on to Elkem Bjølvefossen AS, where they served as a Plant Manager/Managing Director from 2011 to 2014. Since 2014, Lars-Arne Stalheim has been associated with Elkem ASA, initially as the General Manager of Elkem Foundry Europe and currently serving as the Vice President Operations Silicon Products Division.
Lars-Arne Stalheim obtained an MBA in Management Control from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) from 2007 to 2009. Earlier, they completed a M.Sc in Process Metallurgy from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) between 1994 and 1998.
