Richa Shekhar is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager at AXA Business Services since January 2006, Richa has demonstrated strong leadership and management capabilities. Prior to this role, Richa worked as an Assistant Manager in Treasury Operations at GE Capital Services India from June 2002 to April 2005, and as a Process Developer at GENPACT LLC from May 2000 to June 2002.
