Mohit Gupta is an experienced professional with a strong background in data, AI, and digital innovation. Currently serving as the Program Manager for Group Data, AI, and Innovation at AXA, Gupta has held several key positions, including interim Chief Digital and Data Officer at AXA Mandiri and Project Manager for AI Governance & Thought Leadership. Previous experiences include management consulting in sports media monetization at ONE Championship, digital marketing analysis at dunnhumby, and co-founding Notion Ink. Gupta began a career as a Business Analyst at Mu Sigma Business Solutions. Academic credentials include an MBA in Analytics & Operations from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor’s degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
