Justyna Malek is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as the Head of Procurement at AXA since June 2018. In this role, Justyna successfully led numerous procurement processes, generating significant savings for AXA Group in Poland and establishing a unified Financial-Purchase process and Purchase Procedure across the organization. Prior to AXA, Justyna had a successful tenure at Allianz Group from 1997 to June 2018, where responsibilities included founding the Purchasing Department and managing teams focused on procurement operations. Justyna has a strong educational background with certifications and degrees in logistics, purchasing, finance, banking, and human resource management from prestigious institutions including SGH Warsaw School of Economics and Kozminski University.
