Stefania Covucci has worked at AXA Italia since 2014. Stefania started as a Distribution Strategy intern and later became a Sales Planning and Monitoring Specialist. From 2016 to 2021, they worked in Distribution Strategy, and starting in March 2021, they took on the role of Head of Sales Effectiveness and Activation. Prior to their work at AXA Italia, they served as a Tutor for Erasmus students at LUISS Guido Carli from 2013 to 2013.

Stefania Covucci completed their education with a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Luiss Guido Carli University from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in the same field from the same university, which they pursued from 2009 to 2012. In addition, they briefly studied at University College Dublin in 2011. Stefania completed their secondary education at Liceo Scientifico Pier Paolo Pasolini from 2004 to 2009.
