Lucie Duffour is an accomplished professional in asset management and operations, currently serving as an Associate in Asset Management (Retail) at AXA Investment Managers since November 2023. Previously held the position of Operations & Investments Lead at Casavo, where responsibilities included setting up operations in France, managing Guaranteed Sale transactions, and conducting market analyses to inform C-level strategic decisions. At Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, Lucie was instrumental in developing leasing strategies for a portfolio of three major shopping centers, successfully reducing vacancy rates to an all-time low. Prior experience includes roles in real estate investment and asset management at Covivio and Firce Capital, and various positions in banking and project management. Lucie holds a double master's degree in Corporate Finance and Management from EDHEC Business School.
