Prior experience includes Co-Head of ESG Research at SquareWell Partners and several roles at ISS | Institutional Shareholder Services, where responsibilities spanned from Junior Analyst to Senior Associate in Corporate Governance Research, involving detailed analysis and proxy vote recommendations for publicly traded companies. Additionally, Héloïse has experience in organizational development consulting, project management, and parliamentary assistance. Héloïse holds a Master’s Degree in Corporate Strategy and Finance from Sciences Po Strasbourg, along with a prior education in Economics.
