Karen Tam has extensive experience in project management and business analysis, currently serving as an Assistant Project Manager in Business Solutions at AXA Hong Kong and Macau since May 2022. Prior to this role, Karen worked as an IT Business Analyst at FUJIFILM BI Hong Kong from January 2021 to April 2022, and held multiple positions at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., including Senior Online & Omni Project Executive and Online & Omni Project Executive from December 2018 to December 2020. Karen's earlier career included roles as Senior Project Executive and Project Executive at Legato Technologies Limited from September 2017 to November 2018. Karen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Information Management from City University of Hong Kong and has further education from the University of Adelaide.
