Srieena S M is a dedicated social worker currently employed at AWWA Ltd since May 2023, providing counselling to parents and caregivers of children with neurodiverse needs and developing specialized group programs. Previously, Srieena worked at SPD, collaborating with various stakeholders to support young children with developmental support needs, and at Methodist Welfare Services, addressing crisis cases related to family violence and mental health. Srieena has experience in the family violence sector during tenure at PAVE - FVSC, and in early childhood education at Rainbow Centre, where responsibilities included developing Individualized Educational Plans for students. An internship at Project X Singapore involved researching mental health issues affecting individuals in the sex industry. Srieena holds a Bachelor in Social Work from Singapore University of Social Sciences and an ongoing Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Flinders University.
