Ermanno Chimirri has extensive experience in both emergency services and operations management. Currently serving as a Commissioner for the Islip Terrace Fire District since January 2017, Ermanno is responsible for overseeing the local fire department as an elected official. Additionally, Ermanno has been a Production Manager at Citation Clinical Labeling Systems since January 2014 and has held various positions within fire services, including Ex Engine Company 2 Captain at the Islip Terrace Fire Department since March 1994. Previous roles include Operations Manager at CORE Label LLC from May 2012 to December 2022, Operations Professional at Diversapack from March 2010 to May 2012, Director of Pre-Press Operations at Commercial Envelope from 1996 to 2009, and Lead Pagination Specialist at JFB & Sons from September 1989 to September 1996. Ermanno Chimirri holds an Associate degree in Business Administration from Nassau Community College, attended from 1976 to 1979, and attended Clemson University.
