Nadya Zahra is an experienced analyst currently working at AWR Lloyd since November 2024, with previous roles as a research analyst intern at Skha and a project management intern at Glints. At Glints, Nadya contributed to website improvement projects, analyzed user feedback, and coordinated goals across teams. Nadya held leadership positions at 180 Degrees Consulting and BEM FEB UGM, managing client relations and overseeing strategic research initiatives. Additional experience includes business improvement at BukuKas and content writing at PT. Exabytes Network Indonesia, enhancing digital engagement and event participation. Nadya holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universitas Gadjah Mada, complemented by an International Baccalaureate from Sekolah Victory Plus Bekasi.
