Josh Gillespie has over a decade of experience in management roles, currently serving as Regional Manager at Area Wide Protective (AWP) since February 2012, where responsibilities include overseeing company policies and operational objectives for Virginia, Maryland, and Delaware. Prior to this role, Josh held the position of Branch Manager at Hertz Equipment Rental from September 1998 to October 2008, managing daily operations, hiring, inventory, safety compliance, sales, customer relationships, and employee development. Josh attended Marshall University from 1995 to 1997.
