Alec Norman is an experienced professional with a robust background in sales, product management, and engineering. Prior roles at Goodman Manufacturing involved engineering oversight where Alec supervised multiple sectors within the continuous improvement department, achieving significant cycle time reductions and performing ergonomic analyses to address safety concerns. Alec also worked as a Strategic Planning Specialist at CEMEX, utilizing SAP and Excel for financial reporting and operational analyses.
