Wenting (Wendy) Xu has held various positions in the business and accounting fields since 2016. Wenting (Wendy) began their career as a Research Intern at the China Venture Capital Research Institute in 2016. That same year, they also worked as an Accounting Intern at Bodtke & Stewart, CPA's. In 2018, they took on the role of Assistant of Information System at the Wenzhou Municipal People’s Congress. Most recently, in 2019, they were appointed Head of B2B Partnership and B2B Partnership Manager at Awkward Styles.

Wenting (Wendy) Xu graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Bradley University between 2014 and 2016. Wenting (Wendy) then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Information Systems from The Johns Hopkins University, which they completed in 2019. In addition, Xu has obtained three certifications: Excel 2016: Business Process Analysis from LinkedIn in July 2021, Excel: Implementing Balanced Scorecards with KPIs from LinkedIn in July 2021, and Bloomberg Market Concept from Bloomberg LP in September 2019.
