Ozgun Esin Dal has had a varied work experience since 2009. In 2009, they worked as a Copy Editor Intern at Iletisim Publishing. In 2011, they were a Long Term HR Consulting Intern at Development Dimensions International / Turkey. From 2012 to 2016, they were a Channel Manager and Corporate Sales and Marketing Representative at SESTEK Speech Enabled Software Technologies. In 2016, they were a Digital Marketing Manager at STAY LA LLC. From 2017 to present, they have been the Head of Operations and B2C Operations Manager at Awkward Styles, where they have been strategizing, implementing and managing all eCommerce platforms to ensure maximum customer acquisition and revenue production. Ozgun Esin has also managed a team of 15+ members to maintenance and optimization of all eCommerce platforms, and managed development, reporting & communication of all eCommerce platforms. Additionally, they have managed email strategy, paid search program, SEO, PPC and other online marketing programs.

Ozgun Esin Dal has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Boğaziçi University, a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Southern States University, a Marketing Certificate from University of California, Los Angeles, a Basic Photograpy - 205th Term certification from Istanbul Photograpy and Cinema Amateurs Foundation, a Management Information Systems certification from Galatasaray University SEM, and an Understanding Modern-day Cinema certification from Altyazı Cinema Magazine. Dal obtained the Basic Photograpy - 205th Term certification in August 2015, the Management Information Systems certification in November 2014, and the Understanding Modern-day Cinema certification in April 2010. Dal attended Meram Science High School.
