Hande Güleç has been working in the design industry since 2019. Hande began as a Graphic Design Intern at Mandal Ajans, then moved on to become a Graphic Designer at Loggle in 2021 and a Visual Designer at MDP Group the same year. Currently, Hande Güleç is a UI/UX Designer at Awkward Styles, a role they have held since 2022.

Hande Güleç completed their Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication and Design from Dumlupinar University in 2020. In 2018-2019, they attended Escuela de Arte de MURCIA, SPAIN as an Erasmus student, where they studied Animation, Interactive Technology, Video Graphics, and Special Effects. In 2022, they are expected to complete a UX Education course at Userspots UX Okulu.
