Ian Kauffman, CPA has extensive work experience in various finance and accounting roles. Ian is currently the Vice President - Senior Controller at Ascend Wellness Holdings, a position they have held since December 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Controller for Wholesale Operations at the same company from July 2022 to December 2022, and as the Controller for Retail Operations from May 2021 to July 2022.

Before joining Ascend Wellness Holdings, Ian worked as the Head of Finance at Tavanta Therapeutics from May 2020 to May 2021. Ian also served as the Regional Controller at Acreage Holdings from August 2018 to May 2020.

Ian Kauffman's earlier experiences include serving as the Director of Finance - Controller - Member at Kauffman & Company from November 2012 to August 2018, and as the Manager/Practice Lead at Bishop French LLC from May 2010 to June 2013.

Ian began their career at Grant Thornton, where they worked as an Audit Manager from August 2004 to May 2010. Prior to that, they held the position of Staff Accountant at Respira Medical from June 2002 to August 2004.
