Hitesh Miglani has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 2005, they worked as an Assistant Manager - BD at MONEY OPTIONS, where they were responsible for new business development and managing a team. From 2008 to 2011, Hitesh worked as a Key Account Manager at Recall, handling contract renewals and maintaining relationships with key clients.
In 2011, they joined CBSL Group as a Senior Manager - Business Development, where they led a team of sales executives and formulated marketing and business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
Hitesh then moved on to IWG plc, where they held various roles including General Manager, Area Manager Sales and Operations, Coaching Area Manager, and finally, Team Lead - Area Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for managing and improving the profitability and performance of REGUS centres, overseeing training and recruitment, and organizing networking events.
Most recently, Hitesh has been with Awfis Space Solutions Private Limited, where they started as an AVP-Sales in 2022 and was promoted to Vice President Sales in 2023.

Hitesh Miglani obtained an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management in 2008. Hitesh completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Commerce from PG-DAV College, Delhi University from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they attended Gita Convent School for their Higher Secondary education from 1986 to 2001, specializing in commerce.
