Rob Patterson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer experience and sales leadership across multiple organizations. Currently serving as VP of Client Engagement at Awesome CX by Transcom, Rob has previously held senior positions at IBEX | Global as Senior Vice President of CX Management Solutions, and at ServiceSource (acquired by Concentrix) as VP of Sales for Vertical & CX Solutions and Sr. Director of Sales. Additionally, Rob served as EVP of Sales and Marketing at Valor Global Services and VP of Sales and Business Development at Concentrix.
