Hafsa N. has a diverse work experience in the field of product design and management. Hafsa started their career as a UX Designer at Ignitus in 2018 and later worked as a UI/UX Designer at mBrand in 2019. In 2019, they also co-founded Huntease, where they served as the Lead Product Designer and played a crucial role in shaping the vision and design of the platform.

In 2020, Hafsa joined WeNudge as a Growth Design Director, where they focused on improving conversion rates and maximizing business outcomes through strategic design interventions. Hafsa also took on the role of Creative Director at WeNudge in 2020.

In 2021, Hafsa worked as a Product Designer/Manager at KIO, a company that provides user-friendly and feature-rich platforms for creating and customizing online stores. Hafsa then joined Tint (YC W21) as a Product Designer in the same year, where they contributed to the development of embedded protection solutions for businesses.

Most recently, Hafsa joined Awell as the Lead Product Designer in 2023.

Hafsa N. obtained a Master's degree in Applied Linguistics from Université de Mostaganem between 2015 and 2020. Additionally, they received a certification in Pytorch Scholarship Challenge from Udacity in 2018.
