Bob Fine serves as the Executive Director of the International Virtual Reality and Healthcare Association since March 2019 and is a Professor at Champlain College, focusing on Business and the Metaverse. As the Founder of VRVoice and related publications, Bob Fine has significantly contributed to the discourse on virtual reality and social media since 2009. Bob Fine has also held various advisory and speaking roles, including with the Augmented World Expo since January 2020. Previously, Bob Fine was a professor at West Virginia University and an ACM Distinguished Speaker. Bob Fine's expertise extends to significant IT consulting roles, particularly for Episcopal Relief & Development. Educationally, Bob Fine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University and advanced degrees in Environmental Science and Public Policy from The Johns Hopkins University and George Mason University.
