Carly Bilson has a solid work experience in the entertainment and activities industry. Carly began their career in 2003 and has been working in holiday parks ever since. Carly has held various roles as an Entertainments Manager, where their responsibilities included writing entertainment guides, organizing teams, and performing in team shows and solo cabarets. Carly has worked at companies such as Haven Holidays, TEDGroup, Golden Sands Holiday Park, and currently works at Away Resorts Ltd as the Entertainment and Activities Manager. Carly's passion for the industry has remained strong throughout their 19-year career.

Carly Bilson attended Feltham Community College from 1996 to 2001, but did not receive a degree or study a specific field during that time. From 2001 to 2003, they attended The B.R.I.T School, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Visual and Performing Arts.
