Adam Khudayir's work experience begins with their current role as a Senior Financial Controller at Away Resorts Ltd, starting in January 2023.

Prior to this, they worked at Ball Corporation, where they held multiple roles. From August 2020 to December 2022, they served as the Financial Reporting Manager for Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Before that, they were a Sector Financial Reporting Accountant from April 2019 to August 2020, and previously a National Accounting Manager from May 2018 to April 2019.

Their earliest work experience was at Mazars, where they started as a Student Chartered Accountant in November 2014 and worked until November 2017. Adam then became an Audit Senior from November 2017 to May 2018.

Adam Khudayir attended the University of Nottingham from 2011 to 2014, where they pursued a degree in Physics. After completing their undergraduate studies, Adam went on to obtain a Chartered Accountant qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), acquiring the ACA (Associate Chartered Accountant) designation.
