Sophia Robeau is a seasoned professional in project and transformation management, currently serving as the Head of Transformation at Aware Super since May 2023. Prior to this role, Sophia held the position of Director, CoE Portfolio Delivery at Aware Super from October 2020 to May 2022, and served as Digital Delivery Lead - Transformation in the same organization. Sophia's extensive experience at MLC Australia from July 2011 to October 2020 included various roles such as Program Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Project Management Coordinator. Earlier in their career, Sophia worked as a Project Analyst at Solgen Energy Group from June 2009 to July 2011.
