Mandy Withers has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Mandy is currently a Senior Change Manager at Aware Super, where they are leading the change management efforts for a new Governance, Risk, and Compliance System. Their responsibilities include developing change strategies, stakeholder mapping, change impact analysis, communication planning and execution, and facilitating workshops with stakeholders. Mandy also supports design workshops, user acceptance testing, and hypercare management. Additionally, Mandy develops change management planning and progress updates for portfolio-level meetings and delivers training sessions to stakeholders.
Prior to this, Mandy worked as a Change Lead at UniSuper, where they supported digital transformation projects. Mandy developed and delivered change management plans and strategies, as well as stakeholder engagement, communication, learning, and mobilization plans.
Mandy's experience also includes working as a Change and Communications Consultant at Victoria Police, where they led change and communications across multiple projects, including a lean business transformation project. Mandy developed organizational change management artefacts, such as strategic change, stakeholder analysis, and business process improvements. Mandy also developed and delivered communication strategies, conducted change readiness and impact assessments, facilitated stakeholder engagement activities, and conducted training across multiple stakeholder groups.
In previous roles, Mandy worked as a Relationship Manager at Peoplebank, an Account Executive at Gartner, a Senior Account Manager at Peoplebank, a Client Relationship Manager at G4S Policing Solutions, and an Account Manager at myOE UK.
Mandy Withers' education history begins with their enrollment at Highview College from 1991 to 1996. Unfortunately, the details of their degree and field of study for this period are unknown. However, they later attended the University of Melbourne from 1997 to 1998, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, Sociology, and Criminology.

In 2018, they became a PCI Practitioner, earning the certification from Changefirst. In 2019, Mandy gained the Training Fundamentals certification from the Australian Institute of Management. In 2020, they completed the IC-Agile Coaching Agile Transitions with Lean Change Management program from ICAgile. Finally, in 2021, Mandy obtained the Design Thinking For Innovation certification from RMIT University.
