Luke Bailey has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Luke began their career in the Royal Australian Air Force, serving as a C130 Hercules Navigator and later as a Qualified Navigator Instructor. In 2005, they transitioned to the financial services industry, working as a Paraplanner at Gippsland Financial Partners and later at MLC as a Paraplanner, Consultant & Manager. In 2010, Luke joined Westpac as a Senior Financial Planner before moving to State Super Financial Services as a Senior Financial Planner in Newcastle and later as a Regional Manager in Penrith. In 2015, they became the Regional Manager for the Sydney office of StatePlus, managing a team of financial planners and support staff.
