Frank Lay currently serves as a Clinical Care Coordinator at Aware Recovery Care, Inc. since July 2023 and holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Behavioral Health Solutions, a role held since October 2020. Previously, Frank Lay was the Clinical Supervisor at Richmond Treatment Center from January 2018 to August 2020. Educationally, Frank Lay obtained a Master of Education (MEd) in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling/Counselor from Kent State University.
