Sharon Hayden is an experienced facilitator and trainer with a diverse background in coaching and mental health. Since April 2017, Sharon has worked as an Independent Contractor for Aware, while also serving as a facilitator and trainer for the National Parents Council Primary and Choices4Life since November 2009 and January 2009, respectively. Sharon is the owner of a coaching business that offers personal life, business, and career coaching, along with training workshops and one-on-one sessions. Previous experience includes a role in mental health at Talk to Tom from October 2016 to October 2021 and a position as a training consultant for the Irish Foster Carers Association in 2013. Sharon holds diplomas in Financial Planning and Services from Irish Life Assurance as well as in Business and Personal Life Coaching from the Irish Life Coach Institute, complemented by education from PCI College and University College Cork.
