Nicolas Cucuzza has been working in the software engineering field since 2008. Nicolas began their career at ServiNorte as an Administrative, where they worked on accounting systems, purchases, sales, payments, and stock control. In 2010, they joined Iquall Networks as a Software Architect and Project Manager, where they worked on networking, messaging, and training projects in Latin America. Nicolas then moved to BDEV SA in 2016, where they held the role of Software Architect and was responsible for the development area. Nicolas led a team of twelve computer engineers and was involved in wider area decision making. In 2019, Nicolas joined Award Force as a Software Engineer, where they worked on web and mobile development for medicine traceability and audits systems. Finally, in 2020, they began working at Good Grants as a Software Engineer.

Nicolas Cucuzza received their Licenciado en Informática from UADE in 2012 and their Ingeniería en Informática from UADE in 2014. Nicolas also received an Ingeniería en Informática from the University of Buenos Aires. In 2017, they obtained an Experto en Project Management PMI certification from UTN Buenos Aires.
