Vishal P. has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Vishal started their career in 2014 as a Design Engineer at Chandra Engineering Works, where they worked for five months. Vishal then joined Geometric Ltd. as an Analysis Engineer - FEA and served there for two years.

In 2016, Vishal joined InnAccel as a Design and Validation Engineer. Vishal was responsible for managing the NPDP process, including concept design, 3D models, and 2D drawings. Vishal implemented Design of Experiments (DOEs), conducted FMEA sessions, and ensured compliance with safety requirements. Vishal also performed verification and validation activities, including benchtop and lab testing, and wrote testing protocols and reports based on regulatory requirements. Vishal worked at InnAccel for three years.

In 2019, Vishal moved to Philips, where they worked as a Risk Manager for over a year.

Currently, Vishal is working at AWAK Technologies since 2020. Vishal started as a Senior System & Human Factor Engineer and then moved to the role of Staff Engineer, Systems and Human Factor. Currently, they hold the position of Associate Manager of Systems Engineering.

Overall, Vishal has gained extensive experience in systems engineering, design and validation, risk management, and analysis.

Vishal P. pursued their education in a sequential manner. Vishal first attended Visvesvaraya Technological University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering. After that, they joined Brunel University London from 2012 to 2013 for a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Advanced Engineering Design. In addition to their formal education, Vishal has obtained several certifications. In 2017, they received the ISO 13485:2016 certification from TUV Rheinland. Subsequently, in 2021, they completed the Operational Excellence Foundations certification offered by LinkedIn. Most recently, in 2022, Vishal obtained the UX Deep Dive: Usability Testing certification through LinkedIn.
