Amanda Heismann Gray, CPM, currently serves as the Associate Director of Operations and Senior Real Estate Manager at AW Property Co since February 2023. In addition, Amanda has been the Director of the Aviva Institute since June 2022, where leadership in developing and implementing industry-specific training programs has been demonstrated. Amanda's previous experience includes serving as General Manager & Strategic Projects at Lillibridge Healthcare Services from July 2013 to June 2022, overseeing operational efficiencies and fiscal management within the portfolio. Earlier roles include Property Manager at Cogdell Spencer Advisors and Appraiser Trainee at Appraisal Services, Inc. Amanda's educational background encompasses an MBA from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, with studies ongoing, and a BS in Business: Marketing from the University of Missouri.
