Dilem Küçük Elik is a Software Engineer currently employed at Avy since May 2022, with prior experience as an Embedded Software Engineer at Vestel Savunma Sanayi and Aselsan. At Vestel Savunma Sanayi, Dilem worked on Unmanned Air Vehicle (UAV) projects, leading the Thrust System Software team and developing control systems alongside integrations for IFF Systems. Dilem utilized a range of lab equipment and adhered to Test Driven Development methodology within an Agile/SCRUM framework. At Aselsan, Dilem focused on Infrared Visionary Radar Systems, automating testing procedures and developing user interfaces. Dilem holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Middle East Technical University and a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Hacettepe University.
