Rachel Walker, PHR, serves as the Human Resources Manager at AvtechTyee, beginning in November 2023, after holding the role of Human Resources Business Partner/HR Manager at ACCO Brands from January 2022 to December 2023. At ACCO Brands, Rachel collaborated with senior leaders to enhance the people strategy within the PowerA business unit, utilizing employee survey data to implement targeted training for managers. Prior to this, Rachel worked as a Human Resources Generalist at AvtechTyee from August 2018 to January 2022, managing the full employee life cycle and serving as the primary contact for employee relations and benefits. Rachel began a career in human resources at Emeritus as an HR Learning & Development Specialist and also gained valuable business management experience as a Program Management & Contracts Administrator at Jamco America. Rachel earned a Bachelor of Arts in Drama/Theatre Arts and Stagecraft from the University of Washington between 1998 and 2001.
