Niklas Hjert is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in negotiation, leadership, and insurance. Currently serving as VD at Avtalat since October 2019, Niklas previously held the position of Chief Negotiator at Unionen from 2009 to October 2019. Prior roles include Administrative Director at PTK, Head of Department for Insurance at Sif, and CEO of Unionen Medlemsförsäkring AB. Niklas's career commenced as an Insurance Expert at Sif and as a Pension Expert at Försäkringskassan. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Social Science from Uppsala University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Science from Lund University, alongside studies at the University of Exeter and Linköping University.
