Lena Novelli-Fazzina currently serves as a Senior Quality Control Technician and Training Coordinator at AVSBio since March 2024, having worked with the company as a Senior Quality Control Technician since December 2022. Prior to this, Lena held various positions at Charles River Laboratories from April 2012 to December 2022, including Special Biological Services Supervisor and Quality Control Laboratory Technician, as well as Lab Tech II roles in Serology and Bulk Cell Production. Lena holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Bay Path University, obtained between 2005 and 2011.
