Khayala Mustafayeva, CIPD, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment and HR operations. Currently serving as a Senior Recruitment Specialist at Avromed Company CJSC since August 2019, Khayala Mustafayeva has held various roles within the organization, including Senior Human Resources Operation Specialist and Human Resources Operation Specialist. Prior to this, Khayala Mustafayeva contributed as a Tutor at Azerbaijan State University of Languages from February 2006 to 2016 and worked as a Project Specialist at The Caucasus Research Resource Centers between 2010 and 2012. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree from Azerbaijan State University of Languages (2001-2005) and additional training at LADO International College (2016-2017).
