Richard Vasquez is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and infrastructure migration. Currently serving as an IT Administrator at AVR, Inc. since July 2013, Richard has successfully migrated numerous clients to new infrastructure systems and authored technical and training documents for various teams. Prior roles include providing IT field support for Pomeroy during the Houston Tower Project and serving as a UC Staff A/V Technician at the University of Houston, where Richard set up audio/visual equipment for various events. Additional experience includes technical support roles at Lone Star College and a foundation in customer service from previous positions at Michaels Arts and Crafts and Dairy Queen. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Organization, Leadership, and Supervision from the University of Houston and an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Network Specialist from Lone Star College - North Harris.
