Selin Songur is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and people management across various organizations. Currently serving as a Career Specialist at CareerFoundry, Selin supports online learners in advancing their tech careers. As a Senior People and Talent Manager at AVOW, Selin manages the full cycle of global talent acquisition and partners with sales and customer success teams to establish foundational people and culture initiatives. Previously, roles included Career Coach at FrauenLoop, Senior People Partner at Lokalise and SoundCloud, Co-Founder of Wild Mission, and Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Glispa Global Group. Selin holds a Master of Science in International Development from The University of Edinburgh and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Sociology from Masaryk University Brno and Boğaziçi University.
