Kirsi Rautiainen has extensive experience in human resources and financial management, currently serving as an HR-toimihenkilö and Hallinnon toimihenkilö at Avosylin since May 2019, where responsibilities include payroll and employee contract management. Prior to this, Kirsi held various roles at J.Kärkkäinen Ltd. from February 2009 to December 2019, serving as a cash manager's substitute and in customer service and sales. Experience also includes a position as store manager's substitute at Suomen Lähikauppa Oy from May 2006 to September 2007 and customer service roles at McDonald's from August 2002 to April 2006. Kirsi Rautiainen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business from Lahti University of Applied Sciences, obtained between 2016 and 2019.
