Marina Sokolova is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in recruitment and talent management across various industries. Currently serving as HR Partner for IT, Finance, Legal, Commercial Analytics and Talent Acquisition Manager at Avon since September 2019, Marina previously worked as HR Business Partner for the FIFA World Cup Organising Committee in Russia from May 2016 to July 2018.
