Margareth Stief is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consumer insights and fragrance development. Currently serving as the Global Formula Guidance & Consumer Insights Lead at Avon since October 2023, Margareth previously worked as a Consumer Insights Consultant at MS ConsumerEye Research from February to October 2023. Prior to that, Margareth held various roles at International Flavors & Fragrances from June 2010 to August 2022, including LATAM Consumer Insight Senior Manager for Beauty and Personal Care, and LATAM Consumer Insight Manager for Home & Fabric Care. Margareth's career began at Unilever HPC, where roles included Shopper Understanding Specialist and multiple fragrance development positions.
