Justyna Żak is a Senior Data Analyst at Avon since February 2022, with prior experience as a Data Analyst at IIIT Innovation In IT and a Senior Research Specialist at MediaCom. Justyna began a career in analytics at Santander Bank Polska, where roles included Junior Specialist and Intern in the Business Model Transformation Department. Previous positions also include Project Support at McKinsey & Company and Student Ambassador at Deloitte Polska, as well as an Internship at Bank Millennium. Justyna holds a Master's degree in Data Science from the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology and a Master's degree in Advanced Analytics - Big Data from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, along with a Bachelor's degree in Quantitative Methods in Economics and Information Systems from the same institution.
