Saurabh Pujari is a software engineer with experience in backend technologies, product design, team structuring, brand and company strategy, and fundraising. Saurabh is currently employed at Avoma as a Software Engineer - Backend since 2022. Prior to this, they were Co-Founder at Volume from 2020-2022, where they designed, implemented and managed Volume's system architecture, application logic, data pipelines and cloud infrastructure. Saurabh also worked extensively with Python, Django (DRF) and AWS services such as Lambda, SQS, S3, Cloudwatch, Eventbridge, RDS (Postgres). From 2020-2021, they were a Software Engineer at Fidelity Investments, where they contributed in redesigning the front-end of a dashboard which helps business workers gain valuable insights from trade metrics. Saurabh wrote back-end services to consume data from API's of an external application and process it for use in the dashboard. From 2019-2020, they were a Research Assistant at Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, where they assisted in a research on Real time moving object detection on UAVs using mobile GPUs. Saurabh implemented Lucas-Kanade Optical flow method and Perspective Transform functions from scratch in C++ for moving object detection. Saurabh also assisted in the code for the Shi-Tomasi corner detector.

Saurabh Pujari attended Indian School Al Ghubra from 2007 to 2017, where they received their High School Diploma. Saurabh then attended Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology from 2017 to 2021, where they obtained their Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering.
