Mitja Kulcar is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Global Learning & Development Manager at Avolta. Previously, Mitja held key roles at MOL Group, including Group Training & Development Lead and Advisor to the Group Retail SVP, as well as Senior Retail Trainer at MOL Slovenija. Mitja's earlier experience includes positions as Regional Sales Manager and Store Manager/Sales Trainer at Big Bang Slovenija, and Store Manager at Tusmobil d.o.o. Mitja is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Tourism at the Faculty of Tourism Studies - Turistica and has attended the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
