Aedeen M. has extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving as Manager of HR Operations & Reward at Avolon since January 2021, and previously held roles including Assistant Manager in the same department. Prior experience includes HR Operations & Payroll Manager at AerCap from September 2016 to December 2020, alongside roles as Senior HR Co-Ordinator and HR Co-Ordinator. Aedeen's career began at Willis Towers Watson as an HR Administrator. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce with a specialization in HR Management from University College Dublin, an Advanced Diploma in Applied Employment Law from The Honorable Society of King's Inns, a Certificate in Payroll Techniques from IPASS, and a CIPD Diploma in Human Resources Management from National College of Ireland. Aedeen also obtained a credential from WorldatWork in September 2023.
