Jennifer McGinnis is an experienced professional in HR applications and technology, currently serving as Manager of HR Applications at Avnet since July 2016. In this role, Jennifer has led significant global projects, including the deployment of Workday ATS and Workday LMS, successfully delivering these initiatives on time and within budget. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at Rizing HCM and Implementation Consultant at Kenexa, an IBM Company, as well as Professional Services Consultant positions at Rizing HCM and SuccessFactors. Jennifer began their career as an OD Specialist at ServiceMaster and has a foundational background in sales planning from FedEx Express. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Mississippi State University.
