Aiden's earlier experience includes a leadership position as Business Manager at Logical Resources FMCG from March 2016 to January 2021, where management of a team of recruiters involved sourcing high-quality candidates across various functions in consumer goods, along with previous roles as Senior Recruitment Consultant, Recruitment Consultant, and Associate Recruitment Consultant.
